Maintenance

Operations

In development

Tickets raised against a unit, assigned to somebody, and closed.

A leak reported on WhatsApp is a leak nobody can find next month. Maintenance puts the report on the unit, gives it an owner and a state, and leaves a record on the property when it is done.

  • Tenants and staff raise tickets against a unit
  • Assign work and track it to resolution
  • A ticket summary on every unit page

Maintenance does not exist yet. This page describes what is being built, and there is no date on it — when we can hold one we will publish it here. Everything else on this site works today.

How it works

What Maintenance will do. It is being built now — none of this works yet, and this page will say so until it does.

  1. 01

    Raise it against a unit

Tenants and staff report the problem where it lives. A ticket belongs to a unit, so it is still findable when the person who reported it has moved out.

  2. 02

    Assign it

Give the work to somebody and track it through to resolution, so “who is dealing with this” is a field rather than a phone call.

  3. 03

    Read it off the unit

Every unit page carries its ticket summary. What has gone wrong here before is part of what the unit is, and it is the first thing you want when the same tap fails again.

Works with

It plugs into the properties you already hold

Every app reads the same properties, units and contacts. That is the whole design: adding one never means entering your portfolio a second time.

Questions

Before you ask

When will it be ready?

There is no date yet. It is behind Short stays in the order of work, and both are ahead of Inspections and Documents.

Will tenants be able to raise tickets themselves?

Yes, that is the point of putting the ticket on the unit rather than in an inbox.

What should I do until then?

Whatever you do now. We would rather tell you that than pretend a half-built version would help.

For Landlords & Property Managers

Put your units in front of people already looking.

Listing is free, and every app runs on the same properties and units — so the work you do to let a place is the work that keeps your books straight.
